The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly.

The hallways have an awkward smell that was quite unpleasant.

Clean venue and helpful and excellent employees. The rooms with a microwave and refrigerator. Perfectly fine facilities. Absolutely perfect central location, just next door to a shopping centre, Long Island, and Bay Shore Inn. Also, to the Forum.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

I've finally discovered a solid spot for a weekend getaway! The air-conditioning delivered refreshing relief during sweltering days. The nearby beach was just perfect for quick swims. Despite some quirks around the hotel and a peculiar hallway smell, I enjoyed my time and found it a fantastic value for the money.

Big size room with exceptionally comfortable bed. A great selection of facilities such as: central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. The location was marvellous and the staff were excellent!

It was just a good pick for a weekend rest with fantastic value for money. The air-conditioning worked great, made the hot days much more comfortable.

Hanging out with Dad made it all the more special, especially with the great atmosphere around.

My kids wished there were more activities for their age group.

The whole vibe of this place felt off-hallways carried a musty odor, lending a grim atmosphere throughout. Ice availability was a bit of a letdown with just one machine located by the front desk. The visible wear and tear also suggested that upkeep's been on the back burner.

The highlight was the nearby Fire & Ice dinner event followed by the Winter on the Water fireworks show. Perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Definitely recommend checking it out!

The photos online are misleading, as the actual ambiance feels worn and is accompanied by persistent awkward odors in the hallways. The pool area was a nice surprise where I soaked up some sun, and the outdoor seating made for a great spot to unwind with a good book. I loved that there were options for both lounging by the pool and enjoying the cozy fire pit in the evening. The only downside was the limited parking, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience 🌞
